Limitation of Liability/ Usage Terms and Conditions

1.     "User" of iea-iets.com expressly agrees that use of the service is at "user's" sole risk neither the executive committee or its permanent secretary, operating agents, (collectively "IEA IETS IA"), nor any party who supplies information to iea-iets.com, makes any warranty or representation concerning the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness or usefulness of information found on or exchanged through the system ("information"), nor assumes any liability whatsoever for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any "user" or third party, and including without limitation copyright infringement and/or infringement of any other third party rights.

2.     "User" agrees that any and all information is provided "as is" and IEA IETS IA and all parties supplying information through the system hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each "user" waives any and all claims relating to the usage of material or information made available through the system whether such claims are against IEA IETS IA or any other party who has supplied information to the system. In no event shall IEA IETS IA or any parties supplying information through the system be liable for "user's" use of any databases, e-mail or bulletin board services or any information contained therein, or any associated special, incidental, direct or indirect, or consequential damages, whether or not IEA IETS IA was advised of the possibility of such damage.

3.      The foregoing disclaimers of liability apply, without limitation, to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, power interruption, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records or materials or services; whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, and with respect to any other cause of action whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by IEA IETS IA.

4.     References to corporations, their services or products or processes, do not constitute or imply any endorsement or recommendation by or on behalf of IEA IETS IA. Such references are provided for informational purposes only, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

5.     "User" hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold IEA IETS IA harmless from and against any and all disputes which may arise, including without limitation, all claims, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities and expenses, reasonable attorneys fees and court costs arising out of "user's" violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or in connection with the placement or transmission of any information through this system.
